ABOUT ME

I have 3 years of experience in Customer Service. I was a Front Office Associate in one of the known Hotels here in Cebu, Philippines.

Part of our daily tasks are interacting with the local and international guests, handles and resolve complaints, ensuring guests' satisfaction, managing guests' information with confidentiality, communicating with other departments, admin duties, daily reports, etc.

I was also awarded as an Employee of the Year 2017 in my department.

I am currently enrolled in FVA Academy taking up Freelancing Course to widen my knowledge about this field and to ensure that I can assist you better.
